I knew we were gonna bring home our sweet new Berner girl, Zoë, from Jenna after the very first time we spoke. After previously going through a recreational breeder with our first Berner, we knew everything we did not want in a breeder this time around, and Jenna was the opposite of all of that!

 

Jenna was genuine and authentic from the very beginning. I could tell she deeply cared about the home and family in which her puppy ended up with, and it was very evident to us that our soon to be pup, along with Jenna’s 4 dogs (Mom, Meadow, included), were all treated as family members with unconditional love and affection-just the type of home we were anxious to provide for a new pup. Jenna sent me TONS of information right from the start - both parents’ health history, records, genetic test results, tons of pictures of both parental lines, etc. We also received pictures of our baby and her firsts almost daily-first eye opening, first steps, first bath, etc. This made us feel connected and SO full of love for our baby when we couldn’t yet be with her. Any questions that we had throughout the whole process were promptly answered, and that holds true to this day still. Jenna was completely transparent throughout the whole process about pricing, travel for delivery, health, etc. it made me feel extremely at ease and very comfortable trusting her. She ensured Zoë had a smooth transition from her home to ours, sending us home with Zoë’s favorite blanket and lovey which had mom, Meadow’s, scent on it, food, probiotics, treats, vet records, microchip & AKC info., etc.

 

We got our Zoë girl when she was 8 weeks old, and even now at 6 months we keep in touch with Jenna, sending pictures and updates back and forth on each other’s dogs. We have even spoke about possibly meeting up with the pups in the future for a little family reunion! I would highly recommend Jenna for anyone looking to expand their family with a bundle of furry love! We are very grateful to have found Jenna and Meadow-Zoë has been the missing piece in our family since we lost our first Berner bear We cannot wait to have our first holiday season with our precious baby girl!!!
